Nepest - Standard Warranty Policy and Replacement Policy

Nepest always provides the best products for every customer. Nepest pursues stable quality, fast delivery and the best communication. Nepest team is formed by riders and experienced engineers. We love riding, it is our work and also our life. Thank you for all your support and for purchasing our product. We hope everyone is happy with our service. Please understand that carbon rims, wheelsets, and other components are handmade products, which may not be perfect as made by mould or injection machine and will be slightly different between each piece. Please read carefully before you place an order from Nepest.

Products Scope

Complete series carbon rims, carbon wheelset and components. Clearance sales and special offer products are excluded.

Standard Guarantee Time Frame

  • Rim&Wheelset: 3 years from the date of purchase.
  • Components: 1 year from the date of purchase.

Extra 200 USD/set (half for 1 pc), carbon rims and wheelset warranty extended to 5 years.

Standard Warranty Conditions

  • Nepest guarantees all products purchased through the official website or authorized dealer, are valid only for the original purchaser, transferable is not allowed.
  • If the product is no longer produced or out of stock, will provide only similar models or the model of the same series.
  • The warranty is a complete period, this means the assurance starts from the original date of purchase, replacement product does not come with a renewed warranty.
  • Product damage during shipment, please contact us within 3 days after you sign for the package. Otherwise, it would be regarded as package intact. You can simply refuse the delivery and inform us immediately.
  • If the product you received is different from what you ordered, including but not limited to wrong decals, wrong rim profile, wrong rim type, wrong finish and so on. Please contact our service team to resolve this by consultation within 3 days after you signed for the package. Otherwise, it would be regarded as correct/ complete order.
  • If there are any quality problems or manufacturing defect problems found within 3 months, we will directly send you a new one, and Nepest will pay the shipping cost. You don’t need to return the defective product to us. After 3 months until the warranty due date, the shipping cost has to be borne by the customer.
  • Warranty only covers manufacturing defects of products, including problems due to defective parts or workmanship.
  • Only apply to products that have not been altered or modified after they were purchased.

The Warranty Policy does not cover the following:

The following conditions are not classed as manufacturing defects, and will not be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty:

  • The normal wear and tear, unable to provide serial code or other identifying marks.
  • Can’t offer valid proof of purchase, such as a proforma invoice or purchase receipt that the products are bought from Nepest.
  • Damage by accident or crash, abnormal damage, misuse of the product, improper assembly or maintenance, incorrect installation, modifications not approved by Nepest. Nepest reserves the right of final interpretation.
  • Hub, spokes and nipples loose, broken, or unworkable.
  • Any product not used or maintained following the instructions manual.

Return/ replacement

Before any refund or replacement can be given, we may require you to return the faulty product for inspection. As there are occasions where it may not be necessary to send the product back, please contact us before returning any items. In many cases, we may simply ask for photographs of the product's fault.

Time Scope and Discount

  • Purchase from the date of purchase within 1 year, offer 20% discount off.
  • Purchase from the date of purchase beyond 1 year , offer 10% discount off.

Conditions

  • Crash replacement policy only for products purchased through the official website or authorized dealer, valid only for the original purchaser, transferable is not allowed.
  • Customers bear all relevant taxes and duties.
  • The replacement product must be the same model or the same price level model. 
  • Replacement policy is suitable for rims and complete wheels.
  • Customers must provide valid proof of purchase, such as a proforma invoice or purchase receipt of purchase.
  • All misuse or damage by accident or crash would be allowed.
