Holiday Announcement of Lunar New Year 2024
As the Lunar New Year approaches, the NEPEST team wishes you and your family good luck and good fortune in the Year of the Dragon.
To observe this unique and traditional celebration, NEPEST will take part in a 10-day-long holiday:
Last day for orders
The last day for orders to be shipped before Chinese New Year is the 5th of February. Orders placed before then should be shipped before the new year holiday begins.
Reduced Service
We will be operating reduced service from the 8th to the 17th of February. During these days online live chat, social media support and email reply will be relatively slowly.
Resumed shipping
Normal service will begin on the 18th of Februsry. We predict a backlog of orders and messages that may take us a few days to catch up with. Please bear with us during this period.
Holiday Dsicount
We offer a 8% off discount during the holidays,using coupon 2024CNY to enjoy the shopping.
Important Dates
February 5th: Last date to order for shipping before CNY. (Not guaranteed, message us if critical.)
February 8th – 17th: Nepestsports office closed (Limited service, no shipping.)
February 18th: Back in the office, service resumes.
You can still place orders throughout this period, when we return to the office orders will be processed on a first-come first-served basis.
